Junior Leadership Class (Grades 7-12)

Service Description

Junior Leadership Bootcamp is a service training regiment that accepts students from the ages of 12 to 18 for leadership empowerment classes. Junior Leadership Bootcamp's aim is to produce and train the future leaders of the world. Education: Junior Leadership Bootcamp cadets are given the tools to build confidence and thus preparing them to eventually achieve executive level positions. Military and Trade Training. Junior Leaders are given age appropriate military-style training, skills of drill, Martial Arts, and physical training. Trade Training. Junior Leaders are trained in the main operating trades within their chosen corps. Leadership and adventure training is given to students. All forms of active pursuits are encouraged and include rock climbing, map reading, and survival in arduous conditions. Junior Leadership Bootcamp cadets are also given the opportunity to train for military bootcamp and specialized training physical fitness tests. Law enforcement, security, and rescue training is available for cadets that choose that career path. Junior Leadership Bootcamp cadets get the opportunity to wear uniforms and earn cadet ranks. The cadets learn about US military history and patriotism.
