This class is designed to build fundamental motor skills, enhance physical fitness, and foster a love for active play through a blend of classic and new playground games. Over the course of 15 weeks, students will participate in a variety of structured activities that promote teamwork, coordination, agility, and endurance. Each session will feature a mix of warm-up drills, skill development exercises, and game-based learning, ensuring that students not only improve their physical abilities but also enjoy every moment of play. Key Activities: Warm-up Drills: Each class begins with a set of dynamic warm-up drills to prepare the body for active play, focusing on flexibility, balance, and strength. Skill Development: Students will learn and refine fundamental motor skills such as running, jumping, throwing, and catching. Through repetitive practice and fun challenges, they will gain confidence and competence in each skill. Classic Playground Games: Rediscover the joy of traditional playground games like hopscotch, tag, jump rope, and four square.
