The JLBC Cadet Corps (Junior Leadership Bootcamp LLC) is a premier youth development program focused on fostering leadership, discipline, and service-oriented skills among young cadets. Designed for ages 10–18, the program integrates military-style training, outdoor education, and personal development to cultivate well-rounded, community-driven individuals. Our mission is to empower cadets with the tools they need to excel in both personal and professional arenas, building future leaders of our communities.
